Manage or cancel your subscription.

Use Paddle’s secure customer portal to cancel renewal, update your payment method or download invoices.

Enter the email address you used when purchasing.
Open the secure sign-in link Paddle emails you.
Select your Recipe Works Studio subscription and choose Cancel subscription. Review and confirm the cancellation in Paddle.

What happens when you cancel?

Cancelling an active subscription stops its next renewal. Your paid features remain available until the end of your paid period. After paid access and any applicable grace period end, the app returns to Free. Your projects, recipes and media remain on your Mac.

Paddle may cancel a paused or overdue subscription immediately. The portal shows the applicable cancellation details before you confirm. Cancelling renewal does not itself issue a refund. Read the refund policy.

Buy-once licences

Buy-once licences have no subscription or recurring payment to cancel. They cover the purchased major version and its maintenance updates.

Changing editions

Buying another plan creates a separate purchase. Cancel your old subscription if you no longer need it. Installing another licence or deleting the app does not cancel recurring payments.

If you cannot access your purchase email, contact support@recipeworks.studio. Never send your activation file or payment-card details in a support message.
